About the Role:
Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS) Provide Systems engineering within CASG’s engineering management system to deliver effective sustainment of all JC2 SPO products and projects: CAF 16, CJC 03, CJC10, CJC11, CJC16, CN 23, CN30, JP9101, JP9347, SEA1442.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Product bespoke Engineering Management Plans (EMP). Develop planning artefacts within the JC2SPO Engineering Management System which define the Product’s Engineering Management System, to be developed and maintained with guidance of the current ASDEFCON (Support) DID-ENG-MGT-CEMP document and ASDEFCON (Support) DID ENG-MGT-SEMP-2. About the Role:
The SHFC Program is responsible for the provision of the Defence High Frequency Communications System (DHFCS) capability to the Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) Capability Manager (CM). Capability is provided through Sustainment under CJC010, and enhancement under the JP9101PH1 Project.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate extensive expertise in HF engineering, including system design, analysis, and performance evaluation.

About the Role:
The Army Aviation enterprise is currently going through a period of rapid change with the introduction into service (IIS) of multiple rotary wing platforms (H135, UH-60M, AH-64E) whilst concurrently supporting the operations and sustainment of current in-service platforms (CH-47F, ARH) and Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). The Directorate of Capability Management (DACM) manages the IIS and sustainment of these platforms, with support from project delivery teams and product management teams inside Army Aviation Systems Branch.
For IIS platforms, DACM has an oversight and management remit to deliver capability in accordance with IIS Plans and Capability Realisation Plans (CRP). For the purposes of IIS of AH-64E Apache, DACM is seeking to establish a Capability Implementation Team (CIT), under direction of the SO1 Attack Helicopters, to manage all aspects of capability implementation and CRP milestone achievement. The CIT is required to manage daily capability issues, while leading development and execution of the Apache CRP.
Responsibilities:
Assist the SO1 Attack Helicopters with execution of the AH-64E CRP, including but not limited to:
Conduct project management and general oversight tasks, maintaining the CIT schedule and capability documentation update cycle

This documentation remediation is required to ensure that technical publications accurately represent the in-service baseline, removes superseded BGC3 equipment references, and aligns with ongoing capability changes. To deliver these outcomes, a Graphic Illustrator is required to work in close collaboration with the technical authoring and engineering teams to:
Create IBMS specific drawings and figures for S1000D data modules, Repair Parts Scales (RPS) and User Handbooks (UHB), Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Instructions (EMEI), Complete Equipment Schedules (CES) and Maintenance Manuals (MM).
Remove references to selected BGC3 equipment and update associated drawings within applicable technical documents.
Undertake other illustrations tasks identified through the publication workflow and configuration change process.
The objective is to produce publication ready graphics compliant with DEF(AUST) 5629B and S1000D conventions, enabling timely updates to required technical documents that support current fit configurations as directed by CA33.

Draft and update liability risk assessments and identify commercial risks and treatment methodologies.
Support tender clarifications, in particular those aspects concerning contractual and commercial and financial elements of tenders.
Develop and advise on Commonwealth procurement approvals including Endorsements to Proceed and Section 23 Delegate Approvals.
Representing the Government (CoA) with Commonwealth interests and values i.e. similar to Defence Value.

Essential Requirements:
Experience in materiel procurement/contract management.
Understanding of Commonwealth procurement rules and probity.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Desirable Requirements:
ASDEFCON experience.
Commercial/contracting qualifications.
